Encore Communities are locally owned and managed by a family of retirement living and health care professionals. Our goal is to provide families living in Kitsap, Mason and Jefferson Counties with distinctive senior living options, and a continuum of responsive, quality health care services.

Encore has four locations; three in Silverdale and one in Shelton. We offer a variety of living options and health care services; from country cottages for independent retirement living to assisted living, and innovative GentleCare program for those needing care for Alzheimer's and other dementias. We also provide 24-hour skilled nursing care and services, comprehensive rehabilitation therapies through Encore Rehabilitation Center, and a full service on-site pharmacy.

Encore Communities provides you with a full-range of services, from weekly housekeeping and laundry services, to grounds keeping and maintenance. Our monthly fee includes utilities and hot, delicious, nutritious meals served table side every day. We arrange transportation services, offer full-time activities directors, and numerous amenities to add to your comfort and enjoyment. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a history of perfect state inspection scores. Northwest Lodge is rated in the top 1% of the best skilled nursing facilities in the country with an extensive history of zero-deficiency surveys. As well, our assisted living communities share numerous awards for their zero-deficiency annual inspections.

There are no buy-ins or hidden charges. You pay just a monthly fee based upon the residence you choose and additional services you may need and want to include. We also offer an entry fee program which is 100% refundable. Each location has staff who are especially trained to help review living options, health care needs, and assist you with developing a personalized plan.
