Encore's Rehabilitation center is staffed with highly trained professionals and the latest equipment.

Welcome to the Encore Communities Rehabilitation Center at Northwoods Lodge. Our highly-credentialed staff provides comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapies to residents of Encore's retirement and assisted living communities, as well as those living in the greater Kitsap, Mason and Jefferson County areas. Encore offers a wide range of rehabilitation services on both an in-patient and out-patient basis including physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapies. Using intensive therapy programs, our team of professionals assists our patients to achieve their maximum functional ability as soon as it is safely possible. Our goal is to help patients return to their own environment and enjoy their independence. The intensity of the individual rehabilitation programs are based on specific diagnosis, endurance, ability, and physician's prescription.
