Nursing services for short stay surgical recovery and respite care are also offered at Clearbrook Inn located in Silverdale and Alpine
Way in Shelton.
Rehabilitation services are available to residents
of Encore Communities, and to those living in

physical, occupational and speech therapies, are
provided by Encore Rehabilitation Center in
Silverdale, and by local professionals in Bremerton
and Shelton. Therapy programs are coordinated
