At Encore Communities, our entire team is standing by and ready to welcome you and help make your move as seamless and painless as possible.
While every situation is different, our process generally follows these steps:
- Take a Tour: Come visit our communities and experience for yourself our unique amenities and benefits. Our Community Relations Director can show you in-person or virtually. You can also sample some of our food (our treat!), participate in an event, and ask to speak to other community members to get unfiltered, real-word experience.
- Choose Your Home: Leave a deposit to claim the home you like. This deposit is refundable within 30 days if you change your mind. Upon move-in, the deposit rolls over into your one-time community fee.
- Fill Out Authorization of Release of Information: This allows us to contact your doctor and obtain the medical information needed for our Health Services team to begin to build a tailored care plan for you.
- Schedule an Assessment: Our Health Services team will conduct a personable meeting to discover your needs and build that care plan to support those needs. This assessment can take place in the home, at Encore, or virtually.
- Sign the Rental Agreement: Meet with our Executive Director and Business Office Manager, who will help you fill out the paperwork. We will walk you through the details and answer any questions you may have.
- Schedule Your Move –In Date: Schedule your move in date with our Community Relations Director, who will make sure your home is ready to go and can offer additional assistance.
- Enjoy Your Best Life! Our team will give you a guided tour, introduce you to other residents, and help you start using our services and enjoying all Encore has to offer!
