Pre-Move Consultation
We will guide you through the steps in the moving and downsizing process. We’ll offer support based on your individual needs, whether that’s providing packing tips, coordinating with downsizing and moving experts, recommending organizations where you can donate items, etc.
Move-In Day Assistance
Our staff will be on hand to greet you warmly and assist with hanging pictures, contacting service providers, making sure you have food in the refrigerator, etc. We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
Welcome Orientation
Once you are settled into your home, we will provide you with a community orientation, including a community tour, meeting key staff and resident ambassadors, and learning about all the exciting amenities and activities that are yours to access.
