Short-Term Skilled Nursing

Northwoods Lodge short-term nursing services provide round-the-clock therapeutic and medical care to our patients. In the wake of an injury, hospital stay, stroke, or other condition, our team builds customized care plans that allow patients to recover and subsequently transition to their homes or another care community.

Northwoods Lodge short-term nursing services include a range of medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, and therapeutic approaches. While the exact type of care varies widely by the patient, our approach is always patient-centered, empowering the unique goals of each person.

Integral to our short-term nursing approach is our assistance with transition beyond our community.
