Outpatient Therapy at Northwoods Lodge
An important part of Encore’s Continuum of Care is our comprehensive and personalized Outpatient Therapy program offered by Northwoods Lodge Community. Once you return home from Northwoods Lodge or if you were discharged directly home following your procedure or surgery, you can still benefit from our outpatient therapy program. We can help verify insurance benefits and get you on track to recovery and well-being.
24 Hour Short Term Rehabilitation
24-hour skilled nursing rehabilitation center that specializes in physical and occupational therapies provided with an individualized therapy plan of care for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies.
Additionally , once you return home you may still benefit from outpatient therapy.
