We’re proud to offer exceptional round-the-clock medical care to patients recovering from an injury, hospital stay, stroke, or other physical conditions.
As a trusted member of the Community in Silverdale, WA, we’re known for state of the art facilities, highly-qualified team, safety, and excellence in our patient services and outcomes.
While the exact type of care varies by the patient, our approach is always patient centered, supporting the unique goals of each person.
In-patient skilled nursing care is provided in an attractive and comfortable community, with staff available 24-hours per day. Our services include all meals, use of an in-house pharmacy, and access to therapists, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare support.
The Northwoods Lodge team can provide outpatient therapy at a patient’s home or patients can come to Northwoods Lodge and get therapy in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym. No matter where we provide therapy, our goal is always to improve people’s health so they regain as much independence as possible.
