Highly Trained Teams Built to Elevate Rehabilitation Care
Highly qualified RNs, LPNs and private duty nurses ensure that residents get the best quality care when they need it. Trained specifically to work with aging adults, our team treats every resident as if they were part of their own family.
What Is Skilled Nursing Care?
As people age, they may require a higher level of ongoing healthcare. Skilled nursing care is provided by a wide range of licensed health practitioners:
- Registered nurses (RNs)
- Physical therapists
- Speech pathologists and therapists
- Occupational therapists
These services may be needed for short-term rehabilitation following an injury or illness, but they may be needed over a longer period of time due to chronic medical conditions or simply the impact of aging. These services may include:
- Wound care
- Intravenous (IV) therapy
- Catheter care
- Physical therapy
- Ongoing monitoring of vital signs
Typically, skilled nursing care is ordered by a physician and is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or the Veterans Administration (VA).
In addition to providing comfortable and convenient residential options, Encore Communities recruit and retain best-of-class nursing staff to provide all of these services.
The experience of our healthcare providers, and communication between our skilled staff medical professionals and other caregivers, family members and residents, are critical to facilitating healing and life quality.
We pride ourselves both on hiring the most qualified professionals in the Silverdale and Shoreline area and treating our staff with respect and inclusion. That means that they are motivated to deliver the best in personalized care to the people you care about.
